Crush Procrastination and Unlock Your Unstoppable Potential

Are you tired of watching your dreams slip through your fingers because of that nagging habit of procrastination? I know the feeling all too well - that constant battle against the voice in your head telling you to put things off, to take the easy way out. But let me tell you, my friend, procrastination is the thief of your true potential. It's time to take your power back and start living the life you were born to live.

You see, procrastination isn't just a bad habit - it's a mindset. It's the belief that taking action will be more painful than doing nothing. But let me ask you this - what's more painful in the long run? The temporary discomfort of getting started, or the lifelong regret of never pursuing your dreams? The choice is yours.

The key to overcoming procrastination lies in tapping into your deepest desires and connecting them to your daily actions. When you have a clear, compelling vision of what you want to achieve and why it matters to you, that vision becomes the fuel that propels you forward. It's the difference between pushing a boulder uphill and being pulled by a magnetic force.

So, how do you create that kind of pull motivation? Start by getting crystal clear on your ultimate results. What do you want to accomplish, and what will it give you? Maybe it's starting your own business, getting in the best shape of your life, or finally writing that book you've been dreaming about. Whatever it is, get specific. Visualize it, feel it, and let that vision ignite a fire within you.

Next, connect that result to your deepest purpose. Why does this goal matter to you? How will it make you feel? How will it impact your life and the lives of those around you? When you tap into the emotional significance of your desired outcome, you create an unstoppable drive that will carry you through even the toughest challenges.

Now, it's time to create your Massive Action Plan. Break down your big, audacious goal into smaller, manageable steps. Don't just think about what you need to do - think about when you're going to do it. Schedule it, block it off in your calendar, and treat it like the non-negotiable commitment it is.

And here's the secret weapon: accountability. Enlist the support of a friend, a mentor, or a community of like-minded individuals who will hold you accountable to your commitments. When you know someone is watching, it becomes a lot harder to let yourself off the hook.

My friends, the time for excuses is over. Procrastination is a thief, and it's time to take your power back. Tap into your deepest desires, connect them to your purpose, and create a plan of massive action. I promise you, the results will be life-changing.

So, what are you waiting for? The clock is ticking, and your destiny is calling. Let's get to work!

Are you giving your body the level of attention it deserves?

There is a difference between being fit and being healthy. Fitness is the demand you can exert on your body to do everyday things like exercise, hobbies, play with your kids, and work. Health is energy at the cellular level where your entire system works efficiently and at its optimal level like its supposed to. The goal is to be both!

I have recently met someone who is only 47 years old, in the best shape of his life (fitness), a personal trainer, and suffered three massive heart attacks and underwent a triple bypass. How is that possible? That's what the doctors wondered as well.

Our society is now becoming more and more conscious about health, you can tell by the trends that are happening all around us today; new gyms popping up on every corner, local grocery stores offering more organic food, and even fast food joints are trying to get in on the movement with healthier menu options. Well, I don't know about the last one. I can dispute it with minimal hesitation but I will save that topic for another discussion.

What's important here is to become more aware of what we are doing to our bodies. One of the most dangerous trends I am seeing today is our society being so heavily influenced by the marketing and claims that many of the companies make without us questioning their motives. This can be easily seen in our local grocery stores, just take a look at some of the products and their packaging. They use certain colors, pictures, statistics, claims, and key words to entice us to buy their products, but they don't disclose the real truth about what we are putting into our bodies and the long term effects it will have on our health.

We eat products that are void of nutrition, take more energy to break down and digest than you get out of it to nourish your body, and contain chemicals that are used across many industries to create products such as jet fuel and embalming fluid. There are many dangerous and hidden ingredients in seemingly healthy foods. But how can this possibly occur, we have the FDA to protect us? Like politicians, even the FDA can be bought by the billion dollar corporations. At the end of the day its all about the dollar and we are all walking dollar signs.

My point here is, its our job to become educated about what we are putting in our bodies. If you can't tell already, the FDA has not done the greatest job at protecting us. The numbers don't lie, just look at the statistics on cancer, stroke, and heart disease, the rates are through the roof.

In my future blogs, I will talk more about this topic but for now my only goal is to spark an interest in the possibility of there being a better way to achieve a healthy lifestyle and a better quality of life.

First, If you are interested in learning more about how you can take your health to the next level start with an open mind to rise above all the nonsense we are being fed both physically through food and mentally through education. Here is a website you can check out if you would like to learn about alkalizing your body and proper hydration to continually flush all the toxins out. There is a science to health, but its your choice on whose word you will take.

Second, an open mind means challenging your current understanding of health for the possibility of their being a better way. We naturally by nature resist change, so we are all experts at creating objections and excuses to stay where we are. There are only two things that will get you to move to a new place in life, inspiration or desperation. I hope it doesn't have to be the latter because it usually comes in the form of some really bad news from the doctor that causes us to suffer.

I write this out of pure love for you, my only intention is to see less suffering in the world. I will do my best to do my part to contribute to make that happen by being the shining light to light the path. We only have one body to get us through this journey of life safely, comfortably, and hopefully with minimal breakdowns, so its our job to protect it with all that we have to ensure its there to serve us. Some of us put greater emphasis on material things like their cars, they spend hours detailing it and tons of money putting accessories on it, but their most important vehicle in their life, their body, gets only the leftovers such as processed food and an unhealthy lifestyle. Its wild! Hope this will inspire some of you to reprioritize health, choose a better path, and take action to a healthier you.

Cheers,

Valerian

The ultimate solution for any disease is the alkaline lifestyle

Alkaline food - raw vegetables, sprouts, beans and lentils, healthy oils, sea salt.
Alkaline drinks - alkaline water, vegetable juices, herbal tea.
Alkaline thoughts - love, happiness, satisfaction, gratitude.
Exercising - aerobic exercises, resistance training (muscle building), flexibility exercises (yoga).
Sweating - running, aerobic exercises, hot yoga, sauna.
Mind training - meditations, affirmations.
Every problem in our life, including disease is a result of our choices and actions from the past. Knowledge is an opportunity to make the right decision.

To your good health!
